Novell's "Service Excellence Award"
Big Sur Technologies, Inc. announced today that
it has received the Novell, Inc., Service Excellence
Award for its superior work in delivering world-class
technical support for Novell products and solutions.
Novell Technical Services has named 12 support
partners as recipients of the 2005 Novell Service
Excellence Awards. The awards were presented to
the winning partners during BrainShare 2005 in
Salt Lake City, Utah. The winners were chosen from
among Novell's Platinum-level partners in the United
States and Canada for excellence in delivering
world-class technical support for Novell products
and solutions.
Winners of this award are selected based on sales
impact to Novell, customer satisfaction, demonstrated
self-sufficiency of support deliver, quality and
expertise of support staff, and customer references. "Novell

joint effort to be the industry leader in providing
customers business solutions," said Mike Lyons,
