Big Sur Technologies, Inc Lends helping
hands : CAPP Donates Computers to Three Elementary
Schools
Computer Acquisition
and Placement Program (CAPP), a non-profit
organization that works with area businesses
to recycle donated computers and distribute
them to children in need, is delivering 30
refurbished computers to Alexander Elementary
School, Oak Park Elementary School and Desoto
Elementary School, where they will be used
as incentives for their students to achieve
their academic potential. Assisting
with the 30-computer project are Quick Silver
Recycling, which works with CAPP to retrieve
computers from the companies donating them
and delivers them to the organization's
warehouse (donated by Central Self Storage)
for processing; and Big Sur Technologies, E
Solutions Corporation, Veredus Corporation
and EquiPlus USA, all of which are working
on the 30 systems to prepare them for delivery
