This year also proved to be the most exciting year in Professional Services at Big Sur. We have witnessed the transformation of our services organization from a project-based group, to successfully offering advanced Network Monitoring, and complete Managed Services Contracts to our clients. We had record growth in the department of Professional Services at Big Sur which grew by 130%.
